Annual review via Teams

Receiving the invite

The chair of the review will send an invite to you via email and it will look like this:

At the time outlined on the invite, simply press the "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" link I have highlighted in yellow above.
(a invite.ics file will be supplied so you can add this event to your calendar if you wish)

Joining via a mobile device (Tablet/Phone)

If you intend to use a mobile device like a smart phone, you will first need to download the Microsoft Teams app from your device’s app store. (Links below).

Once you have the app, go to your email and click the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” and go through the steps outlined below:  

You DO NOT need to sign in/have an account to join the meeting, click “Join Meeting”.join on mobile device.png

Enter your name and Press “Join Meeting”.

You will enter the meetings “lobby” until the organiser accepts you into the meeting.


Joining via a laptop/computer

After clicking the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” link on a laptop/computer you will be greeting with a webpage like below:

You can either download and install the Microsoft Teams app onto the computer OR select “Continue on this browser” which will take you straight to the meeting without having to install any software (outlined below).
If you have any issues via the web browser, you may need to install the full Teams app to get a better experience.

Continue via the Browser

Clicking “continue on this browser” will present you with the following:

Allow to access your camera/mic (you can mute/turn off your cam whenever you wish)

Type your name and press “Join Now”.

You will be added to the meetings “lobby” until the organiser accepts you into the meeting.
